• How can I buy the album internationally?

Check the album info video, the official website and this thread for details. Maniac Encore venue-exclusive POBs were revealed here and shop exclusive POB previews are shown on this page. Preorders for the Fanclub version have closed but all other versions are still available.• Will my purchase count towards Oricon and Billboard Japan?
Check this thread. Albums shipped to addresses in Japan will count towards both. Billboard will count albums shipped internationally as long as its from a participating shop.

• Are there online events / VCs?
No. Only offline and gift events have been announced. Serial number gift events require a Japanese address, online lucky draw event is only available at Sony Music Shop.• I am / will be in Japan and I can join. What are the offline serial number events? When will they happen?
Check this thread and the official announcement. The events will be held on April 30 in Kyoto and on May 3 in Yokohama. Application deadline is March 5. You can choose the location you want to apply for. The meet and greet event (premium prize) for Maniac Encore Online Kuji is also taking place on the same day, as well as the rescheduled TOP and SKZ2020 events.
